EasyAirtime.Club is a platform that enables users to purchase, manage, and receive recurring airtime subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and use the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity occurring under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

4. Airtime Subscriptions

EasyAirtime.Club offers recurring airtime plans. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing, airtime is scheduled according to your selected plan, and plans automatically renew until cancelled.

5. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed through authorised payment providers.

You agree that billing information is accurate, sufficient funds are available, and failed payments may interrupt service delivery.

6. Airtime Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver airtime according to the selected schedule.

Delivery may be delayed due to network outages, maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Supported Networks

Airtime delivery is available only on supported South African mobile networks. Availability may change from time to time.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund airtime already delivered.

9. Refunds

Refund decisions remain subject to review.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with platform operations, access accounts belonging to others, circumvent security measures, or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, designs, software, and materials remain the property of EasyAirtime.Club or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the service.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, EasyAirtime.Club shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.

14. Changes

We may update pricing, features, subscription plans, policies, and terms. Updated terms become effective when published.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
